As a condition precedent to recovery of any claim of return, Customer must comply with the following. All claims for returns of any kind, including if not satisfied with a product for any reason, but except non-receipt, must be made to TTC NA (ttcna@ttcnorthamerica.com) within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Product must be in the same condition that Customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags. If return is approved, TTC NA will provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from TTC NA. TTC NA’s liability for breach of warranty or contract shall arise only upon prompt return of the products claimed to be defective at Customer’s expense and after due notice to TTC NA of the claimed breach. Items sent back to TTC NA without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Special Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
1. Damages and issues.
The following applies if the product is defective, damaged or if Customer receives the wrong product. Claims for returns must be made to TTC NA (ttcna@ttcnorthamerica.com) within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Product must be in the same condition that Customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags. TTC NA will notify the Customer once the returned product is received and inspected, and will inform Customer if the return for damages and issues was approved or not. If approved, TTC NA will promptly provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from TTC NA. If not approved (the product is not considered defective, damaged or wrong), TTC NA will provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from TTC NA charging a shipping and handling fee to the Customer, equal to 20% of the purchase price of any product returned.
2. Exchanges.
Claims for exchanges must be made to TTC NA (ttcna@ttcnorthamerica.com) within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Product must be in the same condition that Customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags. TTC NA will provide an exchange if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from TTC NA. TTC NA will charge a shipping and handling fee, equal to 20% of the purchase price of any product exchanged, which includes internal handling and related costs.
3. Non-receipt.
Claims for non-receipt must be made in writing delivered to TTC NA (ttcna@ttcnorthamerica.com) within 10 days after receipt of an invoice. Any claim for non-receipt of all or part of Customer’s order or any other claim of any kind except breach of warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the Goods affected, as shown on the invoice. TTC NA’s liability for breach of warranty shall be limited to the furnishing of a like quantity of the same products free from defects or, at TTC NA’s option, to the refunding of the purchase price of the defective product.
